Victor Ray Shares His Wonderful ‘i tried.’ EP

He's making waves...

Rising force Victor Ray has shared his new EP ‘i tried.’ in full.

These are key moments for the songwriter. Recently wowing the crowd at BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend, he then played a packed out London headline show at Lafayette – with the audience singing back every word.

Recently sharing a collaboration with CLASH favourite Debbie, the emerging artist has now shared his latest EP in full.

A bold statement, ‘i tried.’ finds Victor Ray grappling with maturity, blending different influences into his music. A refreshing talent, he’s unafraid to look himself in the mirror, asking difficult questions that have universal resonance.

Featuring his wonderful single ‘Lose Myself’, the new EP is out now. Victor Ray comments…

Moving past the themes of loneliness and betrayal, as explored in my previous EP ‘i felt.’, ‘i tried.’ emphasises emotional growth in the continuation of this story with songs like ‘Comfortable’ and ‘Lose Myself’, now moving into a more hopeful space in the pursuit of real connections with ‘Falling into Place’ and ‘Halfway There’.

Catch Victor Ray at London’s KOKO on November 25th.
