The UK's best-selling single of 2015 has been named as 'Uptown Funk' by Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars.
The perennial radio favourite notched up more sales than any other release, with the final yearly countdown throwing up a number of surprises.
Adele's 'Hello' may have broken all manner of records but it only finished fifth – although a November release meant that it did only have two month's worth of sales to support it.
Hozier's 'Take Me To Church' sneaked in at number three, despite never actually topping the charts. The Irish singer never hit number one, although 'Take Me To Church' enjoyed a mazy run up the Top 40 before finally settling at number two for a four week period.
