Travis Scott Brings Out Kanye West At Rome Concert; Full Setlist

"There is no 'Utopia' without Kanye West..."

Travis Scott brought out Kanye West at his ‘Utopia’ concert in Rome.

The show was initially slated to take place at the foot of the Pyramids in Cairo, before authorities intervened. Travis Scott then turned his attention to Rome, choosing Circus Maximus – a public park, that once doubled as the largest chariot-racing track in the Roman Empire.

Taking to the stage in front of an enormous crowd, the live-streamed show brought a slew of surprises. Opening with a trio of songs from ‘Utopia’ fans anticipated a full album run through, before Travis Scott began deviating from the script.

Dropping in hits like ‘Highest In The Room’ and ‘Butterfly Effect’, the staging included massive amps, speakers, and a number of fake rocks. Travis Scott played pre-‘Utopia’ hit ‘Mafia’, and revealed it almost made the final cut.

For ‘Can’t Tell Me Nothing’ the rapper brought out close collaborator Kanye West – ‘Utopia’ has often been compared to Ye’s own ‘Yeezus’, which Travis of course worked on.

Travis told the crowd: “There is no ‘Utopia’ without Kanye West. There is no Travis Scott without Kanye West. There is no Rome without Kanye West. Make some noise for Ye.”
