Multi-instrumentalist Jason Reece from …And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead is set to star in a new side project named Midnight Masses.
A lynch pin of the American rock legends, Jason Reece will be joined on the project by Dragons of Zynth bassist Autry Fulbright. Reece acts as both drummer and part time frontman with Trail Of Dead, whom Midnight Masses will support on an upcoming American jaunt, afterwards heading into the studio to lay some tracks down on tape.
…And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead are now an American institution. Sure, some would argue they’ve never matched ‘Source Codes And Tag’ but if THIS REVIEW is anything to go by then new album ‘Century Of Self’ is something rather special.
Midnight Masses however, will head into the studio soon with fellow Trail Of Dead member Conrad Keely to record their debut album. The trio will be joined by TV on the Radio bassist Gerard Smith who will join Keely behind the production desk.
Midnight Masses will release their debut album later this year.
