Track Of The Day 9/3 – Girls In Synthesis

'Pressure'

Girls In Synthesis formed in 2016, quickly gaining a reputation amongst London's close-knit DIY communities for their frenetic, caustic live performances.

Fusing together industrial electronics with a trash aesthetic, the three-piece released a string of sought after singles.

The ultra-limited releases were collected last year, with Girls In Synthesis sharing their compilation ‘Pre/Post: A Collection 2016-2018’ in full.

Returning to the studio, the emboldened trio focussed on something new, constructing their first full length project.

Out on May 22nd – pre-order LINK – ‘Now Here’s An Echo From Your Future’ offers unruly cyber-punk, a kind of skewed take on our current shit show of a country that blasts into the future.

New single 'Pressure' leads the way, and it's blunt to the point of precision – one minute and 54 seconds of feedback strewn rage.

A bolt from the blue, 'Pressure' feels like the claustrophobic sound for a country intend on spreading xenophobia and hiding rolls of toilet paper from the neighbours.

Tune in now.
