Track Of The Day 7/4 – Ramadanman

Dubstep Guru Returns

Dubstep’s evolution from post-garage wobble into refined bass heavy techno chic has been astonishing.

Leaving behind the links with grime, a series of producers have ironed out the dancehall kinks into something sleeker, yet still dominated by throbbing bass.

Ramadanman has helped this more than more. A co-founder of the renowned Hessle Audio imprint, via a series of clinical releases the label has established itself as one of the finest on the scene, drawing daring lines between techno and bass music.

Returning with his first Hessle Audio EP of 2010, Ramadanman’s latest release finds the producer on sizzling form. Fresh from mixing the Tempa Dubstep Allstars compilation, his music is pushing out into ever spiralling new boundaries.

ClashMusic has managed to grab a sneaky listen of ‘No Swing’ taken from the new EP.
