With influences ranging from early Factory sounds right through to modern expressive dance, with supporters including Optimo and Shackleton, London newcomers Detachments’ future output will be shaped by Tim Goldsworthy alongside the legends that are Andrew Weatherall and Trevor Jackson. ‘The Flowers That Fell’ is the first proverbial fruit to grow from this relationship.
