Debut single ‘IFUCKINGLOVEYOU’ is a case in point. Why opt for something as simple as ‘I love you’ when a good dollop of swearing can get your point across, communicate sheer emotion in a much simpler, more direct fashion.
Tongue in cheek, for sure. Especially when you learn that Big Black Delta are releasing their material through Master of Bates Records.
‘IFUCKINGLOVEYOU’ is machine funk for an ironic age. Glasgow’s man of the moment Sei A has stepped in to re-work the track, and responds with something that boasts a little more subtlety.
