Mac Wetha is truly open-minded in his approach.

As a musician, he's a continual collaborator, working as a key component of West LDN based outfit Nine8 Collective.

The group's resident producer, he's crafted cuts for key members such as Biig Piig and Lava La Rue, while also reaching out to the likes of Aminé.

His own material, though, is uniquely entrancing. Imagine the raw, DIY messthetics of King Krule patched against the woozy alt-pop of Rex Orange County and you'd be close, with Mac supplying his own distinct palette.

New song 'Wayside' has a touch of Mid-Western emo surrounding it, and it leads into his forthcoming EP 'Make It Thru'.

A sonic balm touched by pristine melody, 'Wayside' seems to envelope you, gradually oozing out of the speakers and wrapping itself around your skin.

Tune in now.
