Track Of The Day 10/6 – Two Door Cinema Club

RockNess Takeover

Well the time is almost upon us…

The gates of RockNess are swinging open, with music fans flooding into the Dores site. Scotland’s wildest party, this year’s headliners include The Chemical Brothers, Kasabian and more.

Running for three days, the festival has a broad cross section of music. Rising indie stars rub shoulders with dancefloor dons, with RockNess seeming to expand exponentially year upon year.

All this week ClashMusic have been running a countdown across Track Of The Day. Along the way we’ve introduced you to some unknown quantities, with many set to make their bow at RockNess.

Sadly, today (June 10th) is the final day in the RockNess countdown. As a special treat, ClashMusic have managed to grab hold of a remix courtesy of Two Door Cinema Club.

The Bangor lads have enjoyed enormous success, with their live show pushing them to a new level. Travelling across Europe and North America, Two Door Cinema Club have taken their album ‘Tourist History’ to countless new territories.

Drawing to an end of their tour, Two Door Cinema Club are due to take a break and begin work on new material. However before then the band aim to go out with a bang, and have some surprises up their sleeves for the RockNess audience.

‘Something Good Can Work’ was a highlight of their debut album and producer RAC gives the track a new lease of life.
