In case you missed it, 2016 saw the return of a real songwriting gem: yep, Kate Jackson released a new album.
Not just any old album, either, with the Bernard Butler-produced 'British Road Movies' proving to be something very special indeed.
Set to embark on a lengthy nationwide tour this Autumn, Kate Jackson has decided to unfurl the video for 'Homeward Bound' to coincide.
The visuals are beautifully composed, with Kate explaining:
"The video for 'Homeward Bound' was created by visual artist Lloyd Evans originally as an eight minute projection to be looped behind the band at a recent gig for online artist platform Pop My Mind. I thought Lloyd's work fitted so well with my music, and in particular Homeward Bound, that I asked him to edit the piece to become the music video. The song is about driving through the Suffolk landscape and the video work was made by Lloyd driving and walking the A12 between Ipswich and Lowestoft."
