Fresh faced Canadian group Tokyo Police Club are set for a eye-opening experience when they star in a new episode of hit American TV show ‘Desperate Housewives’.
Yes you’re eyes aren’t deceiving you – Tokyo Police Club are to star in ‘Desperate Housewives’. The band are currently filming scenes in the show, where they will apparently appear as themselves, and have speaking roles.
In a new storyline for the show, the male characters form a band which competes in a local ‘Battle Of The Bands’ competition – enter Tokyo Police Club. The Canadian group will perform in the episode, which is set to air in the US in November.
Tokyo Police Club released their well received debut album ‘Elephant Shell’ last year, and are currently working on a follow up. No UK air date has been set for the new series of ‘Desperate Housewives’.
