Tkay Maidza will release new album ‘Sweet Justice’ on November 3rd.
The rapper is signed to 4AD, and recently made her return with Flume collaboration ‘Silent Assassin’. A bold indication of her mindset, the track leads in to a broader project, which is slated to be released this Autumn.
Out on November 3rd, ‘Sweet Justice’ is a widescreen 14 track document, which makes room for other voices. Lolo Zouaï and Amber Mark appear on ‘Out of Luck’ for example, and Duckwrth takes up a key role on ‘Gone to the West.’
New single ‘Ring-A-Ling’ is out now, airing on a billboard in Times Square. Two Fresh handles production, with Tkay commenting: “I wanted to make an empowering song that tells others that my biggest focus are my goals.”
