Tim&Barry have outlined plans to re-launch their legendary freestyle series.
The pair became entranced by the emergence of grime, and set about capturing stellar performances from key players.
Launched in 2000, Tim&Barry TV nailed hugely influential performances from the likes of Giggs, Skepta, JME, Tempz, Chipmunk, and more.
Returning in 2018, the duo have outlined plans for 15 freestyles, opening with Novelist on January 23rd.
They explain: “The important thing is, we love what we do – we don’t want to make ‘product’ or ‘content’, we want to make art, and we’ve had so much fun with all the performers we’ve filmed, we’re just happy to get some of that across. It’s not us and them, it’s us with them…”
