The xx have always admitted a debt to electronic music. Jamie xx, of course, has a notable side career as a producer – remixing Gil Scott Heron's final studio album into the beautifully flawed LP 'We're New Here'.
Recently the band popped into Live Lounge Late and – as is the custom – delivered a one off cover version. Deciding to re-interpret a house classic, The xx performed 'Finally' by Kings Of Tomorrow.
Released back in 2000, it's a glacial piece of electronic and suits the group's subtle arrangements. Young Turks swiftly shared the new version online – listen to it below.
