The Weeknd has stepped in to remix rising New Zealand pop sensation Lorde.
Lorde has arrived almost immaculately fully formed. The New Zealand born singer is still only 16 years old, yet already some observers are tipping her for global fame.
Stunning good looks and a rare sense of grace aside, Lorde is blessed was an confidence in her delivery. New single 'Royals' has already made an enormous impression Stateside, with its rippling opening line "I've never seen a diamond in the flesh" still sending shivers down our spine.
Imbued with an R&B glow, The Weeknd has stepped in on remix duties. Another sign of the singer's growing profile, the re-work is heavy on the atmospherics.
