Group To Release New Track

Returning kings of stadium-sized anthemic rock The Verve are set to off fans a free download ahead of the much vaunted release of their new album "Forth".

The Verve announced their reformation last year, and will close the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury on Sunday. The new album is highly anticipated by fans eager to hear the group's first new material since the all-time classic "Urban Hymns" was released in 1997.

The group will release new track "Mover" as a free download on the day after their Glastonbury performance. Sunday night performances at Glastonbury tend to be something a little special, with Radiohead, Paul McCartney and David Bowie all playing acclaimed sets in recent years.

The track "Mover" is brand new but won't be featuring on the group's new album "Forth". One track that will definitely be on there is The Verve's comeback single "Love Is Noise" which can be heard on the band's myspace page.

The Verve will play the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury on Sunday (June 29th).
