The Soft Pack Confirm New Single

'More Or Less' due out in May

American indie rockers The Soft Pack are to release their new single ‘More Or Less’ on May 3rd.

The Soft Pack have spent the last year or so blazing a trail across the globe. Emerging on the back of a feral live show, the band were forced to change their name after some wise minds pointed out that ‘The Muslims’ could be misconstrued.

Heading over to the UK, The Soft Pack caused a huge stir with their brash American mannerisms. A little bit too raucous for the timid audiences, the group’s debut album was an illicit thrill.

Now The Soft Pack have begun 2010 with an assault on their homeland. Invited to perform on Letterman, the band caused a nationwide stir by blasting out ‘Answer To Yourself’ in as short a time as possible.

Causing ripples across the Atlantic, The Soft Pack have now confirmed a series of shows at SXSW. The band are to play across Austin, Texas with their shows set to become one of the event’s main talking points.

Having recently launched their album in the States by playing ten shows in one day in Los Angeles, the battle hardened troops of The Soft Pack are ready to take on SXSW.

For those who can’t make it to Texas, however, the group have prepared a little treat. Taken from their debut album forthcoming single ‘More Or Less’ will be released on limited edition seven inch.

Containing all the punch of Iggy Pop in a boxing gym, ‘More Or Less’ boasts razor sharp riffs and sneering vocals. Mixing nostalgic rock thrills with a very modern sensibility The Soft Pack are heading to SXSW – watch out, Texas!

The Soft Pack are due to release ‘More Or Less’ on May 3rd.
