The Rolling Stones Grab Nicholas Hoult For ‘Mess It Up’ Video

The Rolling Stones cap a huge year with the all-star video for ‘Mess It Up’.

The band returned in 2023 with an internationally successful studio album, featuring guest spots from Sir Paul McCartney, Lady Gaga, and more.

Currently racing towards Christmas No. 1 on the UK albums chart, ‘Hackney Diamonds’ saw a band reinvigorated, tapping into their blues-rock core.

Take thrashy rocker ‘Mess It Up’. The kind of golden riffs only Messrs Richards and Wood can conjure, it taps by a gloriously delinquent vocal from Mick Jagger.

The Stones tap up British actor Nicholas Hoult for the video, who features as the male protagonist in a relationship melodrama.

It’s a big move from the actor, who was recently confirmed by DC Studios CEO James Gunn to play Lex Luthor in the forthcoming Superman: Legacy movie.
