Glasgow risers The Ninth Wave have announced plans for new two-part album 'Infancy'.
The band have decided to be bold with their debut LP, launching ambitious plans for a dual release.
'Infancy' – Part One – drops on April 26th, with its sequel then following on November 26th.
“We never started with a mindset of ‘We want to be like this band,’” says frontman Haydn Park-Patterson. “We're always trying to do something new.”
New single 'Used To Be Yours' leads the way, a burst of goth-pop energy that reflects on the divisions in a relationship.
“The song is set in the No Man’s Land that you find yourself in after a relationship ends, where you still feel like you have some sort of possession over each other,” says Millie Kidd. “It reflects upon the inability to find comfort in one’s own company.”
