The Lemon Twigs will release their new album ‘A Dream Is All We Know’ on May 3rd.
The band are on an incredible run of form right now, with their excellent 2023 album ‘Everything Harmony’ gaining widespread plaudits. On its release, Bella Savignano applauded the project for Clash:
It’s resonant in modern times; a dreamlike escape from the electronic clamour and constant buzz that can drain one’s spirit. ‘Everything Harmony’ speaks to the past, present, and future, and it’s all looking golden.
Incredibly, The Lemon Twigs have already built a follow-up. Out on May 3rd via Captured Tracks, ‘A Dream Is All We Know’ will be eagerly anticipated by fans, and it’s led by the dulcet baroque-pop single ‘They Don’t Know How To Fall In Place’.
A paean to an unreleased romantic relationship, the chirruping harmonies are pure Beach Boys, while the production has a low-key early 70s feel.
Amber Navarro directs the video, a fun, eye-catching affair in which miniature versions of the Lemon Twigs run amok.
Tune in now.
