The Little Noise Sessions’ week of charity gigs takes place in November, and indie giants The Kooks have announced that they will be taking part. The band, former Clash magazine cover stars, will headline the bill on November 24th.
Tickets are £35 and are restricted to four tickets per person, so it looks as if competition will be fierce for this gig. All monies raised will be donated to Mencap, a British charity for the care of handicapped children.
The gig will no doubt come as welcome relief to The Kooks themselves, who are currently holed up in the studio working on their new album – due for release in the Spring.
