The Flints Exude Disco Charm On ‘Right Kind Of Love’

The duo's debut EP is incoming...

The Flints have shared new single ‘Right Kind Of Love’.

The brotherly duo are lauded for their production talents, having worked with a plethora of Clash faves – in fact, you can check out their work with Deb Never, Jean Dawnsom, Tkay Maidza, and more.

George and Henry Flint turn the spotlight on their own work with a full EP, set to land on November 4th. ‘100 Million Lightyears’ is The Flints in full focus, and it’s led by caramel-soft 70s leaning disco mover ‘Right Kind Of Love’.

A playful dose of chic pop, ‘Right Kind Of Love’ is “about human connection”, the duo explain.

George & Henry comment: “When you connect with somebody in a way that you never expected, and from that point onwards the world feels different… it makes you realise that the past can’t always help you figure out the future…”,

“It’s tried and tested if you look at the likes of the Beegees, Beach Boys and The Kinks, vocal harmonies are super important,” they add. “We wanted to take the nostalgia from that and bend it into something that sounds new and modern. Having spent so much time writing for other people, we needed to find our own voices again. This is us taking back control of our own creativity.”

Tune in now.
