The Enemy Grab Oasis Slot

Tour Support Announced

The Enemy have been announced as one of the support acts for the massive Oasis tour next year, to be joined by Kasabian.

The Enemy have come a long way in a short while. Debut album ‘We’ll Live And Die In These Towns’ was a huge success on its release in 2007, and the band are currently recording a follow up in studios in London and their hometown of Coventry.

The band have also bagged a coveted support slot on the massive new Oasis tour. Taking in some of the nations biggest stadiums, the tour is set to be the live music event of 2009 – a fact that The Enemy’s lead singer Tom Clarke seems to be aware of.

“If my last name was Eavis today I’d have just shit myself,” commented the vocalist. “Oasis, Kasabian and The Enemy on one bill. Prepare yourselves for the greatest rock ‘n’ roll show in the world. Proper.”

The tour runs as follows:

une 6th – Manchester Heaton Park
June 7th – Manchester Heaton Park
June 10th – Sunderland Stadium Of Light
June 12th – Cardiff Millenium Stadium
June 17th – Edinburgh Murrayfield Stadium
June 20th – Dublon Slane Castle
July 11th – London Wembley Stadium
July 12th – London Wembley Stadium
