The 1975 used their slot at Parklife festival to call for Prime Minister Theresa May to resign.
It's been a bad week for the Conservative politician, who saw her majority wiped out by a resurgent Jeremy Corbyn.
The 1975 picked up on this during their set at Parklife festival, comparing her coalition deal with the Democratic Unionist Party to "an STI".
Singer Matt Healy told the crowd: "Theresa May needs to resign… She needs to stop squatting in Number 10 with a coalition that sounds like an STI."
He added: "I don’t want DUP!"
Earlier in the day The 1975 took part in a moment's noise, a tribute to those killed in the Manchester terrorist attack. The group were joined by luminaries from the Parklife line up, as well as Manchester mayor Andy Burnham.
Matt Healy hugged the Mayor, then told the crowd: "I think we’ve all spent a lot of time mourning since what happened… But this is a music festival and we’ve had our silence. We didn’t want to do a moment of silence, we wanted to do a moment of noise."
