Tertia May
Produced by Subculture it fuses soul, UK hip-hop, and new movements in jazz...

Surrey newcomer Tertia May has shared magical new song 'White'.

The vocalist has a soulful quality, an innate pop charm that infuses each passing release with an effervescent personality.

Striking up a close creative partnership with producer Subculture, Tertia May recently went into the studio to construct new song 'White'.

Matching UK hip-hop influences against fresh movements in jazz, the horn-led track has a real touch of soul about it.

She explains...

"Growing up I was always fascinated by the idea that fairytales had these villains who were pictured as powerful and manipulative. I wanted 'White' to have this magical but quite cynical tone to it, representing love and trust within a relationship..."

Tune in now.
