North London five piece Cajun Dance Party have announced plans for not one but TWO albums in 2008.
The band have revealed that debut album “The Colourful Life” will be available from April 28th. The LP has been recorded with guitar playing workaholic Bernard Butler, already responsible for excellent albums by Sons & Daughters and Duffy so far this year.
However, the band have also decided to being recording their follow up album immediately. Currently demoing tracks, the second Cajun Dance Party will be released in October.
Forthcoming single “The Race” is due out on April 21st. Debut album “The Colourful Life” will follow a week later, on XL Recordings.
