Looks like more rain...

The latest weather forecasts for T In The Park have been released, and it looks like rain.

T In The Park is Scotland's biggest festival, a three day celebration of music. The event has grown to become one of the most important in Europe, capable of bagging special performances by the biggest artists around.

This summer the likes of Eminem, Jay-Z and Kasabian are set to descend on the Balado site. However fans and organisers alike are keeping their fingers crossed after meteorologists predicted heavy rain.

The BBC are predicting heavy rain for Kinross, the nearest town to the festival site. Just two miles away, the Scottish town is set to endure heavy rain and low temperatures throughout the weekend.

On Friday, T In The Park is set to suffer heavy rain and temperatures of around 15 Degrees Celsius. Opening for Saturday, the Balado site will have more of the same, with rain set to remain constant.

Bright spells will be mixed with cloudy showers, with temperatures on Saturday potentially dropping to as low as 12 Degrees Celsius.

However there is good news for ticket holders on Sunday. The BBC Forecast predicts bright spells, although wind will be slightly heavier meaning that temperatures at night could drop below 10 Degrees Celsius.

The gates of T In The Park open tomorrow (July 8th) for fans, with some purchasing Thursday camping tickets. The main arena opens on Friday (July 9th) with music starting around 4pm.

Tickets for the event are long since sold out, with additions still being made to the bill. American singer John Mayer has pulled out due to unforeseen circumstances, leading to a replacement being drafted in.

T In The Park takes place between July 9th - 12th.
