Surreal Kinnock
Don't get them started...

Surreal Kinnock is a new project hinging on two people who've known each other since birth.

Gruffydd John and Meredydd Russell-Jones are brothers both musically and biologically, and together they've crafted their own world.

Politically infused grit-pop with a side order of the blues, their surreal songwriting seems to pick out the absurdity of the everyday.

New single '(Don't Get Me) Started' matches offbeat ska rhythms against lyrics that speak of the collapse of the country, and necessity of rail re-nationalisation - if only so we can get somewhere on time.

It's a riotous romp, and with production from Super Furry Animals’ Daf Ieuan is races head-long into colourful, psychedelic realms.

The video comes in black and white, however, and you can check it out below.
