Superchunk Nab Stephin Merritt, Katie Crutchfield For New Track

Check out 'Erasure' now...

When Superchunk began planning their next record the band were eager to foster a sense of community.

Reaching out, the group started asking friends, contemporaries, even a few heroes, if they wanted to contribute.

As a result, new album 'What A Time To Be Alive' is supremely ambitious, matching their sound against fresh voices, new influences.

Out shortly, the album is preceded by fine new cut 'Erasure', a song that boasts guest vocals from Stephin Merritt (The Magnetic Fields) and Katie Crutchfield (Waxahatchee).

Adding a fresh dimension to the band's sound, the core remains inescapably Superchunk. Tune in now.
