Liverpool's Sunstack Jones have detailed plans for their debut album.
The band's refreshing sound – a little bit psych, a little bit country, a whole lot of songwriting genius – has made them cult heroes in their native city, signing to Deltasonic after only a few shows.
Working on their debut album, Sunstack Jones have confirmed that the self-titled LP will be released on June 29th.
The Verve's Nick McCabe has been supportive of the group, and assisted throughout the mastering process for their debut album.
New song 'By The By' is online now, and it's an outstanding piece of psychedelic folk, with those lilting acoustic guitars draped in effortless-sounding harmonies.
It all feels completely natural, from the chiming guitar effects through to those beguiling lyrics and the hazy late summer feel.
The band say: "We've got a point to prove. People just need to hear our music…"
