Subculture leads the way to his debut mixtape with a new collaboration alongside Rachel Chinouriri.
The artist is ready to show renewed depth to his work, reaching outwards on a collaboration heavy new mixtape.
Out on November 14th, 'I DREAM OF EVERYTHING' is a prism of fresh ideas, featuring some bold guest voices.
New single 'The Chase' is out now, and it finds Subculture working in the studio alongside Rachel Chinouriri.
It's a dreamy team up, with her voice helping to augment his stellar production. He explains…
"The Chase is about a recurring dream I was having about being chased by unknown figures. Someone mentioned keeping a dream diary five years ago and I've been doing it ever since. Sometimes I feel like the haziness of dreams is really just our memory being hazy but I have memories of real events that are also hazy as fuck and memories of dreams that feel more real than real events from my life!"
"I’ve been able to allow my dreams to help guide me, I might wake up and a dream could make me feel differently about something. Creatively I also sometimes go through the dream diary to help inspire lyrics and stories and that is where the Chase came from and the title for the mixtape."
