Kathleen Edwards is streaming her hugely uplifting single ‘Sidecar’, due for release on November 14th.

Hailing from Canada, Kathleen Edwards already has an established back catalogue. A respected songwriter in her homeland, the singer recently hooked up with Bon Iver to craft a number of new track.
Recent ‘Track Of The Day’ favourite ‘Wapusk’ seemed to put Kathleen Edwards in a delicate, introspective direction. In contrast, forthcoming single ‘Sidecar’ has a driving, inspirational pop heart alongside touches of Edwards’ typical Americana.
Due for release on November 14th, the single amplifies expectations around Edwards’ new album. Overdue a breakthrough in this country, ‘Sidecar’ has the melodic flair to reach out into a fresh audience.

Currently supporting Bon Iver on their European tour, the Canadian singer will return to the UK next month for a one off show. Playing an in-store at Rough Trade, the intimate performance will feature material from her new studio album ‘Voyageur’ which is due for release on January 16th.
