US alt rock don Stephen Malkmus has announced a series of UK dates to tie in with the release of new solo album “Real Emotional Trash”.
Released on March 3rd, “Real Emotional Trash” is a typical Malkmus blend of noise and pop. The former Pavement frontman will tour with his group the Jicks, the dates including a special date at London’s Shepherds Bush Empire.
Stephen Malkmus and the Jicks will play the following UK tour dates:
June 5th – London, Shepherds Bush Empire
June 7th – Manchester Academy 2
June 8th – Glasgow, Oran Mor
June 9th – Dublin, Tripod
