A new Stephen Malkmus album has been announced for early 2008. Domino Records are set to release the album on March 3rd, with the projected title of “Emotional Trash”. Once again, Malkmus has recorded with his usual backing band The Jicks. “Emotional Trash” has been produced TJ Doherty, whose previous clients have included Sonic Youth and Wilco.
