Adept at secrecy, Pink Floyd have allowed only a handful of details from new album 'The Endless River' to appear online.
Roger Waters, for certain, will not be appearing on it. The songwriter posted a testy note on Facebook clarifying the issue, before signing off by telling inquisitive fans to "get a grip".
Now it seems that one guest performer has been confirmed. The full album credits have emerged, with Consequence of Sound reporting that Stephen Hawking will appear on the album.
Rather ingeniously, the song is said to be called 'Talkin' Hawkin'. Could it be true? Hopefully, if only for the sake of that pun.
'The Endless River' of course, owes its gestation to unfinished material recorded during sessions for 'The Division Bell' – an album which also features the noted physicist.
'Tne Endless River' will be released on November 10th. Tracklisting:
