The golden voice of Starsailor is set to return to the nation’s venues with the group arranging a new acoustic set.
Led by James Walsh, Starsailor were an indie sensation back at the turn of the Millennium. Named after an experimental album by cult troubadour Tim Buckley, the band hit the charts with ‘Alcoholic’ before enduring a stint with Phil Spector.
The band have been on the sidelines for some time but are set to return with their new single ‘Tell Me It’s Not Over’. Due for release on March 7th, it is eagerly anticipated by the group’s die hard supporters.
The official launch party for the venue takes place at the Parker McMillan venue in London on February 27th. The band will be joined by a range of support acts including New Education, Bibelots and Eamon McNamee.
Starsailor are due to release their comeback album ‘All The Plans’ on March 7th.
