So, What Did Drake Say About Megan Thee Stallion…?

Inside his latest controversy...

Drake is in hot water after bars on his new album appear to reference Megan Thee Stallion’s shooting.

The Canadian artist teams with 21 Savage on new album ‘Her Loss’, and one song appears to make reference to a high profile incident of violence against woman.

Back in 2020, Megan Thee Stallion was shot in both feet following a party at Kylie Jenner’s house, and alleged that the shooter was Tory Lanez.

Lanez was charged with felony assault, and is due to face trial on November 28th.

Drake and 21 Savage appear to reference the incident on new song ‘Circo Loco’, which features the lyrics: “This b**** lie ’bout getting shots but she still a stallion/ She don’t even get the joke but she still smiling.”

Megan Thee Stallion hit back on Twitter, urging musicians to “stop attaching week ass conspiracy theories in bars to my name”.

“Stop using my shooting for clout b**** ass N****s!” she tweeted. “Since when tf is it cool to joke abt women getting shot ! You n****s especially RAP N****S ARE LAME! Ready to boycott bout shoes and clothes but dog pile on a black woman when she say one of y’all homeboys abused her.”

“When the mf facts come out remember all y’all hoe ass favourite rappers that stood behind a N**** that SHOT A FEMALE.”

Megan added: “People attack me y’all go up for it , I defend myself now I’m doing too much … every time it never ends and this did NOT happen until I came out and said I got shot … y’all don’t fwm okay cool f*** it bye.”

Drake hasn’t commented further.
