Slow Club Christmas Single

Twee-Pop Group Plan Festive Show

Sheffield’s beguiling twee-folk duo Slow Club are set to give fans a festive treat after announcing that their new single ‘Christmas TV’ will be released on December 8th.

Signed to hip tastemakers Moshi Moshi, Slow Club are at the forefront of a new wave of groups whose love of child-like melodies and wooly jumpers knows no bounds. Charles and Rebecca, as their friends call them, have earned acclaim as a charming and personable live act and this new release may be their best yet.

New single ‘Christmas TV’ is released on December 8th. The band are also planning a very special festive show in the Union Chapel, London on December 1st. Slow Club singer Charles Watson is keenly anticipating the gig:

“Union Chapel is an amazing venue, we are very excited to be playing there. It’s going to be a bit of a different show for us. We are going to be having a few friends with us on stage and playing a bunch of new songs. Plus we have some really great supports lined up.”
