Sleater-Kinney will release new album 'The Center Won't Hold' on August 16th.
The band's second act launched in 2015, with their spectacular full length 'No Cities To Love' showcasing a group chafing at the barriers.
Constantly moving forwards, the group's electrifying world tour was captured on 2017's 'Live In Paris'.
Entering the studio with Annie Clark / St. Vincent, Sleater-Kinney dropped a few hints as to what fans can expect.
New album 'The Center Won't Hold' lands on August 16th, with Carrie Brownstein offering:
“We’re always mixing the personal and the political but on this record, despite obviously thinking so much about politics, we were really thinking about the person -- ourselves or versions of ourselves or iterations of depression or loneliness - in the middle of the chaos.”
New single 'Hurry On Home' is online now.
Catch Sleater-Kinney at the following shows:

27 Manchester Manchester Academy
