Issuing a lavish, career spanning box set, Sleater-Kinney dropped in a present for a handful of fans.
An otherwise un-marked seven inch single revealed new material, giving rise to speculation across the weekend that the legendary group were set to reform.
Well, it's true. Sleater-Kinney are set to release new album 'No Cities To Love' – their first in ten years – via Sub Pop on January 19th.
Carrie Brownstein: "We sound possessed on these songs, willing it all – the entire weight of the band and what it means to us – back into existence."
