Skream have unveiled yet more previews from upcoming release 'Skreamizm 7'.
Skream has never strayed too far from his roots. Sure, the producer might be a bona fide pop star now but the dubstep pioneer manages to slip out the odd underground release when he gets a spare minute. Working on new club-focussed material, Skream is now lining up a new release.
'Skreamizm 7' drops on December 21st, and finds the producer honing in on the sound which dominated his recent back-to-basics Skreamizm nights. Dark, sparse and utilising plenty of bass, 'Skreamizm 7' also has its lighter moments.
Kelis adds her vocals to 'Copy Cat' with the producer wrapping sound R&B inflections around his familiar bass saturated sound. 'Sticky' meanwhile, is a driven, tech-edged house beast – all sharp edges and 4/4 beats, it's Skream at his most direct.
