"You said you were my brother but you weren’t there..."

Skepta takes down Wiley in new diss track 'Wish You Were Here'.

The two have known each other for over 15 years, but their friendship seemed to disintegrate after Skepta collaborated with Dizzee Rascal.

The move infuriated Wiley, who posted a series of enraged (but highly entertaining) rants on Instagram Story, At one point he leered at the camera and shouted: "What is happening? Why is everyone such a prick?!"

Wiley then added: "You know why I’m the king? Because I tell people to work with you, you tell people to 'fuck Wiley. Fuck grime, I’m a pop star. Fuck all them man'. You (Dizzee Rascal) and Skepta, I hope you’re happily ever after bruv."

Skepta avoided confronting the beef until now, dropping ice cold new track 'Wish You Were Here' over the weekend.

The BBK rapper says: "You said you were my brother but you weren’t there... Old school beef, nah I ain’t got time."

The track isn't a straight forward diss, feeling much more evolved than most sends. That said, Skepta names the Roll Deep founder directly: "Hold tight Wiley, where are you?"
