A two-tracker collaboration with Phil Moffa, ‘Blue Rawls’ b/w ‘Meet The Butcha’ is sheer club fare. Opening in brooding climes, ‘Blue Rawls’ matches Hitchcock style strings against tropical flourishes, a light-dark twister with real atmosphere.
‘Meet The Butcha’ meanwhile is sheer sci-fi machine funk, all early 90s techno tropes and glistening, chrome-plated FX.
Out on January 26th, this looks to be essential.
