Highly acclaimed Manchester act elbow have announced a new album and a major UK tour for 2008. After being on hiatus for two years – their last UK shows were in February 2006 – the group’s devoted fanbase will no doubt be in convulsions of joy with the news.
The new Elbow album has been given the title of “Seldom Seen Kid” and will be available in March 2008 from Fiction Records. One of the most acclaimed acts of the last decade the band were nominated for the Mercury Music Prize for their “Asleep In The Back” album.
