It's a delicately coiled indie pop explosion...

Welsh indie pop fizzers Seazoo are back.

The band's exceptional, instantly infectious debut album was shortlisted for the Welsh Music Prize only last year, but they're already working on something fresh.

Aiming to deliver their second LP early in 2020, the group have been working at Big Jelly Studios with producer Mike Collins.

In a breakneck 2019 the Welsh outfit have already played The Great Escape, SXSW, and Truck, and will play Green Man festival this very weekend.

Supporting IDLES, The Lovely Eggs, and Circa Waves - amongst others - Seazoo have made their name as a potent live experience.

New single 'Throw It Up' is an absolute riot, blessed with an instantly infectious chorus, an all-killer / no-filler 2:56 timespan, and of course that electrifying guitar part.

Of the single, frontman Ben Trow states...

“I see a lot of people rejecting aspects of modern life, like tech, tech platforms, even careers as a way of trying to improve happiness. Some people make extreme lifestyle changes, like moving into a forest, or selling - up and moving into a van. But I also see people getting rid of their smart phones or de leting their social media. So I guess the song’s about making the decision to reject something in an attempt to improve well-being...”

Tune in now.
