Fans of Lightspeed Champion are being offered the chance to remix the man himself in a new competition organised by the Qoop website.
After releasing wonderful debut album “Falling Off The Lavender Bridge” Dev Hynes aka Lightspeed Champion is set to offer fans to remix one of the album highlights. “Everyone I Know Is Listening To Crunk” is an acerbic glance at the modern music scene, and fans can now bend and twist this gem by downloading the components from Qoop. For those who have an appetite for visual expression, the competition is also open to videomakers – simply download the track and attach to your work.
The best remix will receive a Domino Records goodie bag complete with merchandising, special CDs and other goodies. For the video entries, the winner will receive 2,000 euros, whilst a second prize of 1,000 euros is available.
Entry is available via the Qoob website. Both competitions end on June 22nd.
