Seafret have shared the brooding video for new cut 'Monster'.

It's the title track of their new EP, with the Bridlington duo decamping to Scotland for recording sessions with Ross Hamilton.

Working in Glasgow's West End, the artful community that surrounds them helped inspire some of the project's best work, as exemplified in the dark title cut.

Stuart Alexander directs the visuals, and he picked up on this dark undercurrent, allowing it to spur on the new clip.

He explains: "I knew I wanted to make something a lot more unhinged than their previous videos. Minutes into the first meeting, the band and I started kicking around the idea of dance being the focus. So much contemporary dance is left to the viewer's imagination and for people like myself who aren't versed in it, it can be really off-putting and hard to follow."

"I wanted to create a very tangible threat, giving Taylor something interesting to battle against as the song progressed. Chrissie (Ardill – Choreographer) came up with a truly unique routine which Taylor (Han – Dancer) learned by memory in the 18 minutes I was away getting them coffee. Gifted is an understatement."

Tune in now.

'Monster' will be released on September 7th.
