"Some people struggle with self-esteem, some people party too hard..."

Sea Girls have shared their dynamic new single 'Open Up Your Head' - tune in now.

The band was tipped for success in the BBC Sound Of 2019 poll, and they've started the year with a bang.

A series of packed out headline shows awaited them, with Sea Girls taking time to share brand new single 'Open Up Your Head'.

It's a real blaster, one informed by the precocious bite of their live shows but with something subtle underneath.

While its anthemic on the surface 'Open Up Your Head' is actually about being there for someone in need.

Vocalist Henry Camamile: “’Open Up Your Head’ is about being your own worst enemy but having someone believing in you unconditionally. Some people struggle with self-esteem, some people party too hard, and some people feel stuck from making wrong choices. It can be crucial having someone who offers a hand out of those places we don’t want to remain in...”

Tune in now.
