Sainté returns with new single ‘Tea Over Henry’.
The Leicester raised MC is one of the most-tipped rising rappers in the game, with a flurry of releases paving his reputation. 2022’s ‘Vacation’ saw Sainté reach new heights, before the past 12 months bore witness to a slew of one-off singles.
Debut mixtape ‘Still Local’ is slated to land on March 22nd, and it will boast recent single ‘Stop Crying’.
New single ‘Tea Over Henry’ exudes his distinctive personality, overflowing with energy. The beat draws on trap, drill, and more, all brewed into something unique – Sainté sits on top, speaking his truth in a way that is blunt but also accessible.
Backed by some wicked visuals, ‘Tea Over Henry’ is one of his finest releases yet.
“This song is really one of my favourites all round (so far),” says Sainté. “I feel like it’s one of those where the track, the production and the delivery is literally my personality. It’s been two years since I started taking music seriously, and I’m realising that whilst we’re young and just getting started, it’s too much to throw away: for a little fun on a night out, for lust, or anybody that ain’t trying to build with us or build for themselves. “I got my city flexing tea instead of Henny!”. You just gotta be yourself and know what type of time YOU ARE ON.”
